The Office of Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes (OST Office) is proud to share that the My Out‑of‑School Time DC (MOST‑DC) portal was recognized as a 2026 State IT Innovation of the Year by StateScoop, The award celebrates "the cutting-edge state IT project that embraces innovation, encourages collaboration and delivers massive results to state agencies and residents."
As the coordinating entity for the Learn24 Network, the OST Office led the development of this unified digital platform, which makes it easier for families to discover, enroll in and manage out‑of‑school‑time opportunities across the District.
This recognition reflects the outstanding behind-the-scenes work of OST Office team memers, project manager Tabbitha Burnett and partners including the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) and the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education. By streamlining OST access, the MOST‑DC Portal strengthens and expands access to high‑quality programs for DC youth.
