Our experienced instructor will give informative workshops on how to implement mindfulness at work, with your children and for your own mental health. She will guide you through trauma-informed mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques to reduce trauma, and gentle movement sessions that will encourage you to relax, unwind, and let go of stress.
